Aren't Serviced Offices a more expensive option for my company?
No. The flexibility offered by a Serviced Office not only means you only pay for the space you require, but the facilities provided are largely included in a very competitive monthly fee. An average company can save more than 20% of the total occupation costs of a conventional lease.

What is the minimum licence term?
We offer flexible licences from 3 months to 2 years. There are no legal fees and a small deposit can secure you the office of your choice.

Do you have Conference Facilities?
Yes meeting rooms and conference facilities are available at each site. These can be booked in advance and refreshments are served to meet your requirements.

Can your staff answer my calls?
Yes. Along with a DDI to each workstation, you will be provided with a switchboard number personal to your company. This will be answered by our receptionists in your company name to your requirements during the hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. You may also choose to forward your DDIs to our switchboard during these hours, and request how these are answered.

My company doesn't work 9.00 - 5.30, can this be accommodated?
Yes. You have access to the building and your offices 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
